As an Analyst, you’ll already be on the path to becoming one of our Portfolio Managers. To aid your progress, you'll initially have the opportunity to participate in our global investment orientation programme. This comprises of both external and internal training. The external element is delivered by our training partner and focuses largely on the CFA syllabus. The internal training is delivered by our own in-house experts and provides an excellent introduction to Fidelity, our people, investment process, and your role as an analyst. Going forward, much of the training is on the job. You will have a designated investment coach offering mentoring and support. You will be supported in further study. More than anything, you will have fantastic access to some of the best investment professionals in the industry.

While all these opportunities will be available throughout your career here, it’s up to you to take control of your own personal development. So ultimately, success will be largely up to you.
