Testing

For all of our business areas you’ll need to complete at least one online test. These will vary from area to area, but could include all or a combination of numerical, logical reasoning and language tests. We’ll let you know which tests you’ll need to complete at the relevant stage of the process, and if there’s a minimum score you have to achieve to progress to the next stage.

The tests could occur in conjunction with your telephone interview or before the assessment centre. Even if there isn’t a minimum score, we’ll take the results into consideration, along with your performance at the assessment centre and they could be the final criteria on which we make you a graduate offer. This means it’s critical that you practise the tests beforehand, so try the practice numerical questions below in your own time.

Please note we may ask you to complete another test at the assessment centre to ensure your results are consistent with your online score.
